Hey you and welcome to Advanced Peach! If you are here, it means a few things, you are confident with your FORM, you love a CHALLENGE and you are ready to take your Pilates game to the NEXT LEVEL.

Here we have a collection of our deepest and sweatiest burns.

This collection of workouts challenges you in your Pilates classes, Strength workouts and Cardio crunches. Each instructor, Tori, Bec, Milly and Laura will challenge you in their own unique style of teaching and demonstrate their individual strengths to highlight yours.

As instructors we will never leave you without guidance, it is not in our nature to skip the cueing and you should never expect to attend a Pilates class without form correction. FORM IS KEY. It should be almost impossible to get through a class without feeling the burn, no matter how experienced you are. If you are burn free, it is likely your form is off. ‘Tuck your tailbone’ may annoy you but the second you stop tucking, is the second that you are no longer working the correct muscles - same goes for all of our cues.

  • Strong With Bec

    Let's get lifting Peach! Join Bec for a Power workout that involves a circuit style class with a touch of Pilates using 2 x 3-5kg dumbbells. With a strong focus on the the legs and arms you'll be sure to feel this in the days to come.
